Kanopi is a bookstore, a second hand clothing shop and a cafe – all together in one space. The design picks up on the significant red store front design, a former toy store. A transparent “shell” made out of expanded metal, and a canopi of bended metal tubes holding a costum made sunsail creates a sheltered space for its visitors, were they can enjoy their cafe on a wooden bench and small round table tops out of recycled plastic.
